Siti is a fulltime homemaker with two children. She once dreamt of homemade biscuits business to support her husband but has to forgo her dream since she could not afford to buy a decent baking oven. To supplement her husband's income, Khadijah shops and buys small yardage of textile, cut them into tudung-size pieces, and send them to a seamster at the local tailor shop for side stitching of RM3.50 a piece. She then hand-stitch each piece of tudung with beads based on her own design and creativity to produce homemade tudung (scarves). In order to be able to make more tudung, and to get a better margin, Siti intent to buy cloth/textile at a better price by buying them in bulk. She also need to purchase a small steam press machine to make better quality tudung while making her tudung more attractive and sellable. However, she currently has to make do with making a small quantity of tudung since she just does not have the fund to do so.
