SITI HALIMAH, 57
Halimah is a mother of seven children with three of them still schooling. To support her family, Halimah runs a small home business by selling herbs-based products such as 'minyak bidara' and traditional balms. She also sells finished food products such as 'kuah pecal', 'Kuey-teow' paste, curry-mee paste, and 'mee-bandung' paste. Halimah has recently decided to drop her previous intention to start a cookies business in order to focus on growing her current home-based small business. For this, she needs a financial assistance to help her buy the finished products in bulk, which will help her improve her sales as well as her profits.
